Believe it or not, working through the visioning process is the easy part of interior design! Whereas, transitioning from concept to construction can be a difficult and time-consuming process. Decisions need to be made on the fly, and redoing work adds to a project’s cost and duration. Luckily, Swine Design has extensive experience working with contractors to renovate or construct new spaces for your home.  

Our goal is to work with you every step of the way to simplify the new construction process and adhere to your personal design ideas. You will be able to provide all of the answers when your contractor asks you how high you want your cabinets hung, how high you want railings and spindles mounted, or whether eggshell is a suitable replacement for ivory.

More importantly, we will ensure that your contractor’s scope of work is sufficient without being overkill. We can spot a shortcut or oversight when we see one and will make certain that your contractors are on time and working within your budget.
